Job Description:

3-5 years of consultancy experience including experience in strategy, transformation, or operations, to include a proven track record in the relevant skills. Eg. Strategy development, institutional set-up, operating model design, or performance improvement.
Experience in delivering projects in the Public Safety and Justice domain, and through this an ability to demonstrate an understanding of the sector and its constituent parts
Experience in business development in the Public Safety space includes developing technical perspectives and propositions.
Strong analytical skills and ability to present to senior audiences complex subject matter in a concise and coherent manner, in speech and writing.
Support the development of occupational health and safety policies and programs
Review existing policies and measures and update them according to requirements
Inspect work sites to identify issues
Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
Check if all the employees are acting in adherence to safety rules and standards
Review accidents and suggest to prevent similar future incidents
Carry out investigations to identify the root cause of an incident or other unsafe conditions on a work site
Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained
Inspect safety items and equipment to ensure that they are in good working condition and ready to be used as and when needed
Document safety audits, cite dangerous areas, and recommend corrective procedures
