Job Details:
– Growth Technosoft is looking for Female HR Executive who will be responsible for End to End Recruitment Cycle starting from sourcing the right profiles, screening them, calling them for Interview and follow up till joining.
The suitable candidate is required to have:
– Regular Graduation.
– Current location should be Noida.
– Good communication ss both spoken, written.
– Candidate should be presentable.
– Good knowledge of Internet, MS Office.
Responsibility:
– The candidate would be responsible for hiring IT Professional in Internet technologies.
– Screening applications, short listing candidates through advertisements, job portals, reference schemes and internal job postings.
– Conducting first level of interviews both face-to-face, telephonic.
– Induction – Responsible for acquainting the new joiners with the Company policies, Culture, Job Profile and the existing employees.
– MIS report daily, monthly.
– Experience : 0 – 1 yrs.
