• B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Electromechanical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 12 – 15 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance Services of High Rise Buildings, Project Estimation, Renovation Work, Project Study, Project Planning, Resource Utilization.
• Team Management & Good Leadership Skills.
