Role and Job Description of QA QC Inspector / Trainee – Factory
PERSON’S PROFILE
? SHOULD BE Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or ITI in Mechanical Fitter with knowledge of MS Office,
? Minimium 1-2 years experience in Glass Industry QAQC in case of Diploma & 3-5 years experience in Glass Industry QAQC
? Should have on hands experience in Process and Final Product Inspection
? Should be able to feed daily data in PC in MS Excel and also in MS Office.
? Should be a Team Person
What are his daily/ weekly / monthly duties
DUTIES
• Carry out Daily Surveillance Inspection of on-going Glass Production process , Insulated Glazing process , Final Product Inspection
• Prepare Inspection reports on time and update the Inspection Folder in PC.
• Identify the Non-conforming product / process
• Prepare NCR and report to QAQC Manager
• Carry out Incoming Float Glasses and prepare Inspection report
• Be Aware of Company’s Quality Policy , Health , Safety Policy and Rules and regulations and implement
• Ensure the usage of Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE )
• Carry out any other activity as per instructions from QA QC Manager
• Be punctual and follow the Factory Applicable Labor Law of KSA.
