We are a company in Yanbu, looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As our IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our team, maintaining our computer systems and resolving any issues that arise. Our ideal candidate is a talented problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong technical background.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, servers, routers, switches, firewall.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Set up user accounts and manage access control.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Provide technical support to end-users.
Manage IT inventory and asset management.
Perform regular maintenance of all IT equipment.
Work with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical support.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
Experience with desktop imaging and software deployment.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
The Saudis/Arabs will be preferable
