Industry: IT Support and Networking

We are looking for a highly motivated IT professional to manage our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and oversee critical systems, including Microsoft 365 and Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 tools, including OneDrive, Planner, Outlook, and Calendar.
Configure, customize, and maintain the Odoo ERP system (CRM, inventory, accounting, etc.).
Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cybersecurity measures.
Provide technical support for employee devices (PCs, laptops, mobile) and resolve hardware/software issues.
Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Train employees on Microsoft 365 and Odoo tools to enhance productivity.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Planner, Outlook, Calendar) and Odoo ERP systems.
Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Odoo Functional Consultant, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
