Key Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years of GCC experience, specifically in multi-storey building projects.
– Location: Must currently reside in Bahrain.
– License: Valid Bahraini driving license is mandatory.
– Availability: Immediate joining is required.
– Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
– Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans, timelines, and specifications.
– Quality Control: Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
– Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, site reports, and material usage.
– Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
– Safety Management: Implement and enforce health and safety measures on-site.
