Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Design and Build /Interiorfit-outindustry
Planner to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out and construction projects, from initiation to completion. Your expertise in planning and coordinating various project aspects will contribute to the overall success of our projects and enhance our reputation for delivering high-quality results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors,
and clients, to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
Conduct thorough site visits and assessments to gather essential data for project
planning.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets,
ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Create detailed project schedules, incorporating all necessary activities, milestones,
and dependencies.
Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure effective communication
and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize
project delays and cost overruns.
Monitor project progress, track critical milestones, and promptly address any
deviations from the planned schedule.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to project
stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Facilitate the procurement process by identifying required materials, equipment, and
subcontractors, and ensuring their timely availability.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the
project lifecycle.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interior fit-out and
construction planning, incorporating innovative approaches into project planning
processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a
related field.
Having more than 5years of professional experience as a Planner in a Design and
Build /Interiorfit-outindustry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of project planning principles, techniques, and tools.
Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
