• Should be fluent in English.
Job Description:
• Must have a minimum of 3 year experience.
• Must have a good experience in Windows Operating Systems.
• Must have hands on experience in maintaining Printers, Scanners and LCD devices.
• Should have a strong technical knowledge.
• Should be able to answer the queries of the Users and Technical Support team.

2. Computer Technician (Female – 12 No’s)

Qualification:
• Minimum 3 year Diploma in Computer Science.
• Should have any additional certification in Computer Maintenance and Hardware.
Job Description:
• Must at least have 3 year experience as Computer Technician.
• Should have good experience in maintaining / Installing Printers, Scanners, and LCD Devices.
• Should have experience in installing antivirus to the User PC’s.
• Must have experience in installing programs in the User Desktops.
• Should be submitting daily reports to the Supervisor.
• Should give inventory for all the PC’s.
• Should have well experience in installing and configuring various programs.

3. Network Technician (Female 4 No’s)

Qualification:
• Minimum Diploma in Networking (or) BS in Computer Science.
• CCNA certification is mandatory.
Job Description:
• Must have experience in handling CISCO routers, Switches and Multi-Layer Switches.
• Should have experience in installing LAN / WAN and be able to configure TCP/IP Protocols.
• Should be able to deal with CISCO security systems.
• Must have strong experience in dealing with HP Open View.
• Must provide weekly report to the Manager.
• Experience in dealing and maintaining internal and external networks.
