– Do the post service calls as per repair order of vehicle delivered after 3 days.
– Ask the questions to the customer as per post service follow-up sheet.
– Fill out Post Service Follow up customer complaint cum feedback forms for each complaint.
– Preparing Daily and Monthly report of Post service Follow up.
– Preparing Daily and Monthly report of Reminder calling.
Candidate Profile:
– Any Graduate.
