Job Description:
A successful landscape construction and maintenance business is seeking a qualified individual in the role of Landscape Engineer / Manager for their Riyadh Office
Responsibilities:
– Monitoring, supervision & inspection of all current projects.
– Coordinate with regional sales team for the survey of new project.
– Prepare quotations, proposals & budgets for projects.
– Coordinate with manpower and finance for the development of staffs & procurement of operational resources like tools & equipment.
– Application of all the required standard, rules, regulation, methods, procedures, dress codes, health & safety practices for day-to-day operation.
– Prepare & submit landscape reports/bills.
– Collection of all the payments & invoices.
– Training & monitoring of staffs.
– Any other work as required.
* Must speak English and have a KSA driving license and a Transferable Iqama.
* Package dependent upon age and experience.
