Description:
Minimum 3- 5 years of related experience including supervisory or lead experience in the installation, operation and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation and related systems or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
With driving license is a plus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Read and interpret plans, sketches and shopdrawings of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Plans and supervises the work of skilled and unskilled workers in installation, start-up and repairs of duct & piping systems, traditional split, light commercial & package units air conditioning system.
Conducts inspections of work in progress and on completion.
Establishes and enforce safety regulations, work performance standards, rules and working conditions.
Prepares work reports and requisitions for supplies, parts, and equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, equipment, materials and tools in the field of air conditioning, ventilation, drains and related systems.
Considerable knowledge of mechanical systems installation, testing & commissioning, maintenance and repair works.
Ability to estimate labor and material requirements.
Ability to maintain labor and material records and prepare reports.
Skill in diagnosing mechanical defects in air conditioning, ventilation, and related equipment and systems.
Ability to communicate and coordinate with superiors, subordinates, subcontractors and other site personnel’s.
