Job Description:
Corporate Travel Consultant, required for a travel company in Saudi Arabia.
– Directly interact with clients and identifying potential clients, to provide superior and a consistent quality of travel services to sell Airline tickets, travel related products and leisure travel
products to Corporate’s.
– Handle complex transactions and advise clients on the finer points of difficult itineraries, as well as provide them with efficient travel solutions and up to date information.
– Ensure the implementation of all sales policies and procedures including adhering to the clients Travel Policy and SLA and the use of GDS.
– These should include the accurate and complete update of all areas of client profiles.
– A’ level education with a minimum of 3 years front line travel experience preferably in Corporate Travel as a Travel Consultant Knowledge of GDS Knowledge of world geography and major carrier networks to facilitate quick itinerary planning.
– Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. word and excel.
– Strong verbal and written English is a must.
– Spoken Arabic or any other foreign language would be preferred.
– Requisites: Masters Degree or equivalent.
– Minimum experience: 2 years, Maximum: 4 years Experience in with Travel back ground is preferable.
– Gender Male; Location :KSA,Nationality: Sri Lanka, Jordan, Pakistan, Nepal,Sudan.
– GCC experience is preferable but not essential.
– Numerate and well organized.
– Excellent written and oral communication in English.
– Good work ethics.
– Must be efficient and responsible.
