Job Description
Customer Relations Office (Service Centre)
• B.Sc (IT) with a minimum of 2+ years experience as a Customer Service Officer .
• Capable of Handling Customer Service along with a team of 7 technicians under his / her supervision.
• Preference will be given to GCC Nationals ONLY .
• The candidate should be able to join immediately will be considered for this role.
FIRST Preference will be given to Saudi Arabian / GCC Nationals for this position
– Through knowledge of computers is a must
– Candidate(s) with experience in IT industries will be prioritized
– FRESHERS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS TRAINEES
