– Good knowledge in IT and Non IT recruitment / Interest to work in recruitment.
– Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.
– Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates.
– Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.
– Scheduling Interviews with the Clients and coordinating with the candidates.
– Should possess excellent communication ss, flair to learn and effective people management ss.
– Should be able to work indepently.
– MBA/MSW freshers or any non technical graduates with excellent communication ss.
