We announce the availability of new position as “Administration Executive” with one of international leading firm that specialized in Retail sales based in Riyadh city.
All admin and cash office functions such as stock receipt (GRN in system), LIV of the invoices, credit card reconciliation and parking of the financial documents are completed on a timely basis and in accordance with company policies and procedures in line with the requirement from the respective departments.
The role of an Administration Executive is to support the Business Control Manager and ensure the accurate reporting of store data to the store and regional office. The environment can be pressured as many jobs within the function are time or date specific. The jobholder has to understand reporting procedures as he would work closely with the finance department and understand their requirements as well as time scales involved.
Description of the Accountability
Credit card reconciliation and Parking the financial documents
Handling daily cash sales, safe fund and petty cash reconciliation
◾GRN in SAP
Conducting goods verification upon receipt of delivery and posting the GRN
◾Process LIV in SAP
Processing the LIV and timely submission of the invoices to the finance
◾IDOCS Clearance from SAP
◾Monitoring Sales reconciliation SAP VS RPRO and ensure IDOCS got cleared
◾SLOC management in SAP
◾Monitoring stock movements and ensure correct posting of stock
◾Assisting the Business control Manager on conducting the stock count
◾Stationary Monitoring and Ordering
◾Reports & Logs
◾Publish daily/weekly/monthly reports like sales performance, Ageing report, vendor based sales study report and other technical reports based on business urgency and requirement.
Verifying Log books/ Maintenance of Log books on daily basis in the store.
•Education: High School Degree/ Technical Diploma/ Graduate.
•Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 2 – 3 years in Retail stores in the same role in KSA is a must requirement.
•Job-Specific Skills: Strong hands on experience on SAP, Reports making is a must.
•Must have an excellent CRM skills and must have the do it nature all the time.
•Language Skills: Must have excellent written and oral English & Arabic speaking capabilities.
•IT Skills: Strong MS office skills are required as extensive reporting will be required from the JH.
Must have a transferable & valid Iqama in Saudi Arabia
