An international Company located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is looking for “Instrument Technician” as per following criteria:
Role Summary/Purpose:
The Technician is responsible for:
-achieving an individual work plan with day-to-day short-term objectives.
-solving issues through immediate action or short-term planning
Essential Responsibilities:
• Carry out installation, operational training for users and full after sales service of ( maintenance and repair of equipment) namely:
WORKSHOP PRODUCTS:
-Automatic edgers, tracer, water configuration system including (pump, tank, electrovalve)
-Manual accessories: manual drill polish, bevel, groover, heater
CLINICS SET UP:
• Be actively involved in planning all operations in KSA
• Complete and Update the intervention & visit reports on weekly basis
•Set a proper Instrument database, listing all instruments installed in the region
•Achieve the targeted number of visits per client for preventive and curative maintenance.
•Meet the targeted /optimized stock of consumables & spare parts inventory
•Achieve the targeted service rates for the delivery of spare parts and technical intervention completeness.
• On completion of a service assignment, meet with the manager and review service reports, job summary, and competency updates
• Attend customer meetings when necessary
• Build relationships with key personnel to ensure both customer and business goals and objectives are met
• Perform all duties assigned by business management
• Comply with all applicable quality and safety policies and regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor or technical degree from an accredited university or college (with at least 2 years of experience in the optical field)
• Technician should be flexible to travel in all KSA areas
