– Calling to Potential Customer Informing abut expected renewal, explaining the Premium, calculation and the Policy Wordings Planning, leading, organizing and controlling operations in the Insurance department.
– Enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of Service Quality to Customer while minimizing Errors, endorsements, Corrections, and other goofs up.
– Generating stable profits for the dealership.
Main Tasks:
– By Increasing Conversion of the insurance renewal monitors the dealership’s Insurance-related indices and creates ambitious Insurance.
– Sales, service rate, level objectives.
– Timely and Accurate Submission of Reports.
– Maintaining the discipline of the personnel of the service Insurance department.
– Authority and Organizational Position.
– Responsible for the entire Insurance Renewal Data Base and conversion.
– Reports to Asst. Manager – Insurance Dept. (Finance).
Qualifications:
– Knowledge and experience in the Insurance.
– Customer satisfaction focus.
– Understating of Process of Insurance, Good communication skill.
