– Recruitment / Talent Acquisition {includes writing of Ads for different opening within the organization, posting on diff job portals, sourcing/ing best possible match, conducting and/or coordinating interviews with people/tech panel responsible, keeping track of cost involved, maint of records of people ed/rejected/offers released/ppl didn,t join after offer/ employees referral etc}.
– Attendance maint/record.
– Leave management.
– Employee Engagement.
– Employee Welfare.
– Training, Learning and Development.
– Taking care of Joining and Exit Formalities.
– Performance Appraisal {complete lifecycle deping upon the responsibility given by HOD}.
– Maintaining Employees records/databse for Contractuals,permanent/probationers along with their salary and Ed qualification.
– Payroll process.
– PF/ESI formalities.
– Maint upto date database of potential candidates.
– Competency mapping {done by the help of point no 9}.
– Succession planning {done by the help of point no 9}.
– Keeping good relations third party vors for staff on contract/perm positions etc etc.
