Job Description:
A leading Maintenance / FM (Saudi Owned) Company requires the following Highly Qualified Senior Engineers with a minimum of 15 years experience in their relevant field
Senior Engineer
DISCIPLINES (Electrical / Mechanical / Generator / HVAC & Chiller / Fire Protection)
Communication skills:
– Excellent written/reading/spoken skills in English
– Excellent with Client and Third party liaison
Leadership skills:
– Has managed department, section and team levels
– Accomplished manager, controller and organizer of department personnel and resources
– Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
Technical skills:
– In depth knowledge of mechanical fabric and working of Electro-mechanical machines and systems in your discipline
– In depth knowledge of Maintenance schedules, repair, servicing, spare parts for Electro-mechanical machines and systems in your discipline
Inter-personal skills:
– In depth knowledge of planned, programmed, cyclical, day to day and emergency repairs
– Good at time management and meeting deadlines
– Liaison and maintaining good relations and effective communication with colleagues in other sections
– Good knowledge of codes and standards relevant to the section
Experience:
– Senior Manager and/or Senior Engineer at similar level, minimum 15 years (preferably within KSA)
– Previously part of Senior Management team
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree (preferable) (Higher College Diploma (Essential) in Management/Technical subject from recognized University or college
Other:
– Full KSA driving license
– Member of Saudi Institute of Engineers (preferable)
