Junior HR Generalist, required for a multinational FMCG company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
– Job responsibilities would include day-to-day HR activities at the plant, recruitment and selection processes, compensation and benefits management, HR training management; on boarding process for new employees; organizational development activities.
– The ideal candidate should be a graduate, preferably in engineering, from a reputed institute.
– Have prior relevant experience of 2-3 years in an FMCG factory and willingness to work in a highly challenging environment.
