You will work with our existing sales team to hunt new clients and grow the business by 3X in existing accounts through sales strategies, building relationships and client network for the company. Most of a working day will be spent in the field within a territory/region liaising with customers selling our hospital supplies and services to Hospitals and specialty clinics in the Eastern Province.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
• Drive new business with opening new accounts with knowledge of the region, existing network and business relationships with Hospitals and Specialty Clinics.
• Promote company and its products and services by reaching out to wider targeted customers. Attend local trade shows, network with other professionals and contacts.
• Able to create a daily/weekly sales report, validate, evaluate and update sales methods for optimal success in the region.
• Able to create and present product and services presentations to clients.
• Record and monitor own sales activity, understand competitive and market information.
• Meet customer needs by prioritizing &promptly; attending to customer issues, complaints or meeting requests.
• Work with sales team, interact, discuss approaches to maximize sales.
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications
• A graduate degree with 5- 8 years of selling products and services to B2B or B2C in Saudi Arabia preferably in the Healthcare Industry. Eg. Speciality Clinics, Hospitals, Pharmacies, Regional or Central Health Ministry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and /or Arabic preferred.
• High degree of energy &self-motivation; with essential knowledge of building a sales pipeline, pursuit of a pipeline and to qualify required.
• Proven ability to hunt, pursue and close sales of Value 100K – 500K Riyals.
• Passion for customer service, concerned approach to client issues, customer relationship building & problem-solving ability.
• Local pharmaceutical Industry knowledge and experience strongly preferred
