Machine Operator – Riyadh

Job Summary
Experience in any of below Plastic fields:
Experienced in field of extruded insulation foam.
Experienced in field of PVC pipes extrusion.
Experienced in field of Flexible packaging..
Experienced in field of Thermoforming.
Experienced in field of Injection & blow molding
Experienced in field of blown film.
Responsibilities and Duties
Has a good Knowledge of safe machine practice standards, Physical agility, Technical ability, Spatial understanding, Good Coordination, Ability to read blueprints or production schematics is necessary, Ability to keep up machinery, Ability to do small to moderate repairs on machinery, Experience working with said machinery, Specialized training with said machinery, Certification in operating said machine normally required, Experience and having the right credentials is generally more important than college education
To follow safety procedures and to ensure that the machine, equipment, and tools of machine is in good condition
Report to the immediate Superior any breakdown and recommend repair or machine rehabilitation
To verify production plan schedule, equipment and tools needed in the production of the job order.
Check the materials needed and the quality of materials to be used.
To check housekeeping and condition of the entire Line
Responsible for packaging materials’ preparation
Prepare the machine for production.
Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products
Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly
Understanding of how operated machine works
Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production
Analyses machine operations and output if applicable
Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed
Ensures quality checking during production process is being done
Responsible for checking the quantity required on the job order versus the actual output as per job order
Responsible for the material left over during after sampling which is to be returned to Store Department.
To check the condition of the equipment and tools and rectify any problem encountered.
Prepares production report before the end of the shift schedule.
Responsible for safety, housekeeping and cleanliness of the machine and working area
And, any other duties or related jobs to be assigned by the immediate Superiors
