Oversee day to day operations of an Ecommerce website.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue with accounts through regular analysis of all available metrics.
Manage day to day operations including but not limited to:
Fill customer orders by packaging sold items and documenting for direct shipping or by transferring orders to third-party distributors.
Receive and process payments from customers, using electronic transaction services.
Create, manage, or automate orders or invoices, using order management or invoicing software.
Deliver e-mail confirmation of completed transactions and shipment.
Responsible for managing the budget for ecommerce operations.
Manage and assist with data entry of products including extended product descriptions and product images.
Establish process, manage and train staff as it relates to order fulfillment.
User business tracking tools to benchmark, measure and analyze key performance indicators as set out by Management.
Manage and maintain online dealer agreements as it relates to operations, inventory, customer service and web maintenance.
Advocate best practices and research new industry trends/opportunities for increased web sales.
Align with other departments in marketing and sales to maximize opportunities to generate revenue.
