Accountant and Financial Controller
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Use accountingfinancial systems approved by the company to complete accounting tasks.
Record all daily financial transactions .
Prepare the invoices for customer and check with them for collection and record in the system .
Organizing, preparing and monitoring the records of suppliers and payments and registering in accounting system.
Close the monthlyquarterlyannually Accounting and making the adjustments .
Prepare the monthlyquarterlyannually reports as Balance Sheet and Income Statement and cash flow statement .
Fishing all transactions in banks
Follow up the facilities provided to the company and develop a feasible plan for its management.
Prepare and update the budget Monthly.
Update daily accounting tasks, and accomplish tasks on time and fully accomplishment.
Reporting on tasks and daily business outcomes.
Follow-up and develop the required financial reports and the modeling of future estimates and budgets.
Evaluating current capital expenditures depreciation.
Reduce direct and indirect costs continuously.
Project costing and financial reports review.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Do any finance or accounting works for the company
