Job Description:
Purchaser, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
– Under the leadership of the Maintenance Manager and run the warehouse of Mammoet Gulf and ensure proper operation such that the wishes of all internal and external customer are met.
– Responsible for purchasing within Mammoet Gulf authorizations of the required goods/parts for repairs and maintenance of the equipment of Mammoet Gulf.
– Checking the correct quantity of the purchased goods for the warehouse, in order to ensure that everything runs in accordance with the agreements made.
– Organizing and coordinating all warehouse activities in Mammoet Gulf warehouse in Dubai in such a way that all the goods are stored in an orderly manner and are available immediately when requested by internal and external customers.
– Point of Contact in the event of problems and/or charges of Mammoet Gulf warehouses in Dubai. Independently carrying out all necessary work in the parts warehouse.
– Coordinating air shipment both domestically and internationally, including small item shipping.
– Ensuring as effective and efficient arrangement of the available warehouse space as possible.
– Overall responsibility for the storage of hazardous and chemical (waste) products.
– Overall responsibility for operational working of the warehouse.
– In certain cases assist with adequately helping staff at the issuing counter.
