– Drafting and Maintaining all the necessary reports.
– Handling all correspondence and taking dictations.
– Travel management {Arranging Hotel Booking and Travel Booking}.
– Management of the diary and appointments.
– Drafting Letters and Emails.
– Arranging Meeting Schedule.
– Arrangements of Events.
– Managing CEO s Calar.
– Assisting in his daily work.
– Handling and screening calls for the CEO Office.
– Arranging conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for CEO.
– Help and manage output, workflow and office deadlines.
– Interact with the other Mahindra Group Companies.

Candidate Profile:

– Preferred exposure – Secretarial and Executive assistant Experience is compulsory.
– Any Graduate.
– Any Specialization – Secretarial Diploma from Renowned Secretarial college.
